Our Story

What started as a search for something flexible quickly became a full-blown flavor movement.


KP Squeeze & Freeze was born in the quiet moments of new motherhood, when Kristen, a first-time mom and lifelong athlete, wanted to create something of her own while staying present for her son.

One day, she stumbled across freeze-dried snacks online and thought, “I could do this. For my baby and for others.” That spark turned into a passion, and eventually a brand.


A former college athlete and now a youth softball coach, Kristen brings grit, energy, and a competitive edge into everything she does. Whether she’s preparing snacks at home or serving lemonade at community events, her goal is simple: leave people satisfied and excited to come back for more.


Her dream? To build something her son can one day help with, and even take over.
